“Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse hos Charmig Lipe. Bungalowen hade allt man behöver och personalen var alltid trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi blandade ihop datumen och missade att vi skulle checka ut, och missade därmed vår båt till Langkawi, men personalen var så snälla och hjälpte oss att boka en ny båt. Vi behövde heller inte betala något extra för att vi blev försenade med utcheckningen vilket var väldigt tacksamt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! ”

“在要出發前一晚接到Hotels.com來信告知，原本要入住的(Harmony Bed and Bakery)不能接待在我們預定停留的那幾天中，並如果同意的話，會安排我們移往該民宿的姊妹飯店Bundhaya Resort入住，並且不用加收任何費用，當然我們會很樂意這樣安排。而到當地後才知道原來Harmony B&B民宿在裝修中，所以才無法入住，也還好它們有這安排讓我們享受到度假村的風情，雖然我沒入住Harmony B&B，但感覺他們處理客戶很妥當，並幫我們安排到其他渡假村入住很享受，而親自走往Harmony B&B看看，其地點是接近Sunrise beach，離步行街也很近，而對面就有生鮮市場可買水果或是小吃都很方便，樓下就有ATM。”

“Fantastic resort in a beautiful location on the sunrise beach.
The staff were very friendly & helpful especially the managers DK & May.
The food was great with a large selection for breakfast.
There are two beautiful pools one with a swim up bar.
The room was modern with beautiful sea views.
It’s an ideal location on the island & just a short walk away from Sunset beach & walking street where all the restaurants & bars are.
We would highly recommend this hotel but not for families with……
